This Surprise Pin was released on the morning of October 14, 2003 at the Emporium on Main Street U.S.A. at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. It features Mickey's face as a tile mosaic. It is a Limited Edition of 1000 pins!
It is just like pin #25863 except the Mickey head in the top left has one section of color left out. I understand there are several of these with this color pattern. All that were for sale when I bought mine were this type.
