From the three little pigs this one is Fiddler Pig. There are four pins total in this series. 

 

*Note*

The clothes and instruments in this pin set seem to have been mixed up. In the animated Silly Symphonies short, The Three Little Pigs, Fiddler pig wears different clothes than the pig in this pin: he wears the clothes worn by the pig in PP#26492. Based on the clothes this pig is wearing, he should have a flute and he should be called Fifer Pig.
