This is a gold Disney Auctions pin featuring Mickey in a Hot Air Balloon wearing a tuxedo and holding a top hat. I am not for sure when then pin was released, but feel free to add info.

 

This pin looks a little like 24305 except there is no Minnie and Mickey has on a tux instead of aviator gear.
