Design shows Mickey as Steamboat Willie with a ribbon at the bottom. Ribbon reads "1928". It's 1 of a series of 6. This pin series commemorated Mickey's 60th birthday, and was released monthly from June until November 1988. Guests could receive each month's pin by making a $25 purchase. Pins not distributed at the end of each month were destroyed. Pin measures 3/4 x 1-1/8 inches.
