This name tag was available for Disneyland CM's to order from their Company D store for Candlelight of 2003 and was a personalized name tag. It features the dwarf, Sneezy from Snow White. It is the same dwarf as Pin 26482: DLR - Candlelight 2003 CM Participant which is also Sneezy (and not Grumpy as described)
