The following is the description of the regular version of this pin.
This pin is awarded directly from Lee Cockerell, Executive Vice President Operations, for outstanding performance of a cast member. This pin was received when a letter from a guest about the cast member "creating magic" was sent to Walt Disney World Guest Communications. The letter was then forwarded to the office of Lee Cockerell.
The pin depicts Mickey Mouse in a cloud pattern with stars reaching from each of his hands. The top of the pin reads "You Create Magic!" and the bottom reads "Walt Disney World."
The back of the pin is stamped, "Thank you for creating magic.", and is signed "lee" above the name "Lee Cockerell."
