I believe these pins were issued as sponsor promotions. There was a pin for each of the events in the games. Card has USA 1992 and the words Helping America's Athletes on the bottom. They came individually packaged in plastic pouches. Depicts a runner and a "crest" with the 5 pentathlon events.
