I believe this to be a Disney Auctions pin that was never officially released by Disney Auctions. Top of the pin says "Hello Folks! Here's the Mickey Mouse Fountain Pen." Bottom of the pins reads "Made With Same Care As High Priced Pens."

 

2" high by 1 5/8" wide.

 

Back is styled with the Disney Auctions gavels. Base metal is black. Back of the pin also states:
