Front Description
This set of five pins comes in a plastic case and has a gold plaque at the bottom which reads:

The right hand side of the plaque has the Atlanta Olympics logo.
Each pin features a round medallion with the Delta and Olympic logo and the words "The Official Airline 1996 Olympic Games". Four of the pins also feature a Delta aircraft.
