Front Description
The 2004 Annual Passholder Dining Series pins are a nostalgic collection of pins whose retrospective designs embrace the spirit of the classic Disneyland Restaurant posters found in the Park's Main Entrance tunnels.
This pin, featuring the Red Wagon Inn, is the first in a series of six. Today, this popular Magic Kingdom eatery is known as the Plaza Inn on Main Street, U.S.A. But on Disneyland opening day, July 17, 1955, it was the Red Wagon Inn, which played host to Guests for a decade of dining.
An interesting pin-on-pin design, with a cloisonné Red Wagon Inn logo on an enamel pin featuring the menu of the Red Wagon Inn. The pin measures 1 5/16” wide and 2” tall.
The back of the pin is stamped, “Disney Classic Restaurant Series” over “Annual Passholder Exclusive”. The 2004 Pin Trading logo, “Disneyland® Resort” “LIMTED EDITION 10,000” “© Disney” “China”
Available exclusively to Annual Passholders beginning January 25, 2004 while supplies last at selected restaurants throughout the Disneyland® Resort. One pin will be provided with each single food purchase of $20.00 (after tax and any applicable discount).
Pins in this series include: 28032, 28923, 30176, 31046, 33290, 34694.
