This is the 3rd pin in the free mail in offer by Kellogg's. Pin says "Magical Gatherings - Walt Disney World". Back of pin say Official Pin Trading 2004. Collect three certificates from the sides of cereal boxes, (certain Kellogg's), you may mail them in or redeem them at the Downtown Disney Pin Traders.
Pin features Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Pluto.
As of 7/18/04, DTD Pin Traders was out of these pins with no further orders being sent to them. They did mention sending these in to Kellogg's as they still have plenty.
