Chip and Dale try to help the groundhog decide what the weather will be like in this holiday pin release. Chip pokes out from the top left side holding a snowflake, while Dale pokes out from the top right side holding a spring flower. The main pin is round, with a orangish red band around the edge which says (erroneously) "Ground Hog Day" and Walt Disney World, with six question marks. The groundhog and the year 2004 are in the center of the pin.
