Front Description
This pin insert for the Main Entrance Pass for Mickey's Retreat is identical to pin (28528), but is a gold-metal pin instead of the more common red-metal pin. The pin, sealed in a small black polybag, was pulled out of a large plastic bin at random by cast members attending the Cast Pin Party at Mickey's Retreat. Since only ten gold pins were produced (compared to 1990 of the red-metal version), chances of drawing the gold pin were rare. According to the pin team, the Gold pins are artist proofs of the red pins (complete with AP backstamps) and are part of the total 2000 edition of the Mickey pin production.
