This pin is reported to come from a trade show in Japan where Disney showcases it's upcoming merchandise. Pin was worn by Cast Members who worked at this particular exposition. I have been unable to discern what F.I.T. stands for (future in toys?). Pin reads "Disney FIT Show", "Spring 2001", and includes head shots of both Mickey Mouse and Winnie-The-Pooh.
This pin is a gift pin to attendee of F.I.T. show. The F.I.T. show is NOT opend inside TDL. The F.I.T. show is open for the retail shop's owner by Disney licenced company and maker. "F.I.T." is came from "Fashion, Interior, Toy".
It says on the back "NOT FOR SALE" "Sponsored by DLA" with the Disney copyright.
