Baby Herman from Who Framed Roger Rabbit - this pin has a different colored nipple on the baby bottle than pin #14165 and he has a yellow bow in his hair (I think they forgot to color it in).

pin is 1"tall by 5/8" wide.small waffle back. no other markings. Has no coating on the pin just enamel filled.
