Whoa! This is not a Cast Member pin, although some CMs working Space Mountain may wear them. This pin is actually given away free to visitors to the FedEx Lounge at Space Mountain. I've been there several times, have quite a few of these pins, and must say that (at least before FastPass) the Lounge was the best way to ride Space Mountain as VIPs were taken to the front of the line.
It is gold with an ebossed space moutain ride on the background and the FedEx logo underneath in purple and orange. Their Overnight service colors.
