This limited edition pin is part of the Disney Auctions Very Merry Xmas Train Set with the FAB 5 #26742.

 

It features Mickey dressed as Santa Claus sitting in the Engine of the train ringing a bell. The Engine is decorated with garland, a wreath and a Christmas Tree and the sign reads A Very Merry Xmas. It is also carrying some very valuable cargo (toys, presents, dolls, a red Mickey head balloon. It is very large and heavy.
