In one of his most famous guises, as the Sorcerer's Apprentice from Walt Disney's 1940 concert masterpiece Fantasia, Mickey Mouse appears to have been caught red-handed on this enchanting gold-finished collector's pin, based on an original ceramic plate design by artist Elisabete Gomes, a facsimile of whose signature is reproduced on the pin's face.
The Elisabete Gomes collection is a Disney Auctions exclusive created in limited editions of 100 pins each, with 25 Sorcerer Mickey pins offered here individually, while the remaining 75 complete sets of six collector's pins.
