I traded some old cast member exclusive pins for this in 1994 . The source of the pin was France and the lady I traded with said it was rare.
The person Mickey is shaking hands with isn't just any character. It's the popular European comic character Tintin. Tintin's comics included the character Marsupilami, which Disney licensed and turned into a cartoon star in the early 1990s.
