There is no Disney Copyright. This looks like the Haunted Mansion Organ Player Ghost.

The inspiration for this pin was concept art that dates back to the 1960s. Due to the fact that a Disney artist referenced the same concept art and has created a very similar pin (released 4/4/04) this pin has been moved to the bootleg Catagory.
