It was an old chalkboard-style sign that allowed the cast members to write in the wait time.
The pin is a rounded rectangle shape that measures 2" tall. The pin is gold metal, but it scanned black.
The backstamp reads:

They are individually numbered.
Very similar to actual sign posted at the ride in the park.
