It features Donald Duck using a jack hammer, Mickey Mouse holding a shovel and Goofy with another jack hammer. All working hard to make the attractions better.

 

The pin reads: Pardon Our Pixie Dust as we refurbish this area for your future enjoyment. Walt Disney World (R) Construction Crew. It also has each of the parks logos.
