purple hat and wearing a bow tie. He is also holding a cane under his arm and apprears to be dancing. Believed to be part of a set but not confirmed.
Unreleased Song & Dance Tigger. Also a Piglet exista out there that matches in design. The pin was made as a prototype in all 3 metals; gold, silver, and black -then rejected for release. Est around 2000-2001 time
