Disney's Description:
This Limited Edition pin features Jessica Rabbit dressed in a Nurses uniform and says "2004 Nurses Day Walt Disney World®". Nurses Day is celebrated on May 6 but the pin will be released on May 5, 2004.
The pin measures 2" tall by 7/8" wide.
*NOTE*
Apparently due to complaints from a Nursing Association, Disney pulled this pin from the racks before it sold out.
Back Description
It is backstamped with the 2004 pin trading logo and says, "Limited Edition of 2500-(c)DISNEY-CHINA".
