I'm guessing this is a Prototype. This is the same pin as #8741, only there are no background eyes or the words "Thousands of Eyes in the Dark"
A vigilant Mickey Mouse reminds homebound Americans and their Allies to keep their eyes open on this black-finished pin that recalls the late-night air-raid patrols of volunteers who watched the skies from rooftop sentry posts in the 1940s. The art used to make this pin was actually used for promotional purposes during the war.
