A "Cinderella castle" or It's a Small World" and "Space Mountain" are behind Mickey. On the back it reads "21st ANNIVERSARY", "APRIL 15, 2004", "Tokyo Disneyland".

 

The pin measures 2 1/2" tall by 1 9/16" wide.
