Front Description
Beginning on 26 Apr 2004, an LE3500 map was handed out to Guests at WDW who wanted to play Mickey's DISNEY PIN FLOWERS PIN PURSUIT game. The back of the map card had instructions: "Receive a stamp within each location by trading a pin with a Cast Member OR by answering one of the following questions. If you answered the questions correctly, a cast member (at each appropriate location) would stamp the back of your map. Once you'd completed the game, you made your way to Pin Central or Gift Stop at EPCOT to receive your final stamp and completer pin. One map distributed per person per day; redeemable for one pin per completed map, per person, per day."
However, it wasn't much of a "completer" pin, if there was no eight-pin set to complete. The map showed a smiling Mickey holding a large bouquet of flowers in his raised left hand. Each of the seven locations had their own LE2500 rack pin available (for $8.50) which had a spot on the map. The pins were shaped like open blossoms, each featuring a different kind of flower, with a Disney character's smiling face in the center. Disney Design Group Artist Alex Maher created the artwork for this pursuit.
This round pin features Stitch on a yellow flower and was only available at Pop Century Resort.
You found a different character pin at each of these locations:
~ Minnie at Magic Kingdom: Exposition Hall or Mickey's Gift Station at TTC
~ Queen of Hearts at Disney-MGM Studios: Sorcerer's Hat Shop or Movieland Memorabilia
