This is pin eight of twelve in the Japan DS 12 Days of Christmas pin set. The pin reads "8 Maids a Milking" and it features Minnie Mouse wearing a pink dress and bow and red shoes, holding a stool and a bucket of milk, with a brown cow wearing a Santa Claus hat.

 

The pin is approximately 1 1/2 inches tall by 1 1/4 inches wide.

 

Featured characters are Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Pluto, Chip, Dale, and Goofy. There is a special green and red backing card for each pin which reads "Limited Edition 12 Days of Christmas". Neither the card nor pin specifies the edition size and the CM did not know. However, JDS limited edition series are usually 2500 pieces, but the tapestry was an LE 800.
