This pin is available only with the purchase of the Haunted Mansion DVD from Costco store or Costco.com. It features an image of the Hollywood Tower Hotel in brown and blue against a night sky with a gold lightning bolt and stars. The front reads "The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Disney's California Adventure, Grand Opening 2004." The back reads "2004, The Twilight Zone (C) CBS, Inc., (c) Disney, Limited Edition 5,000, China."

Supposedly another unlimited pin with a silver backing will be provided once this pin runs out. Pin was mailed 4/28/04 from Gage Marketing Group
