I traded this pin at Downtown Disney in February 2000 - apart from knowing and being sure that it is a CM pin and was given for "Achievement" ... I have no other information. I really like this pin and I have not seen any similar to it yet.
It is about 1.5" x 1.5" - it has 3 differently coloured clockwork wheels - one on top and 2 underneath. The top one is purple with an orange circle and inside a red Mickey's head - across the word on black: Teamwork. The one on the left is red with purple circle and yellow Mickey's head - across the word on black: Competencies. The last one is yellow with red circle and purple Mickey's head and across the word on black: Rewards.
It comes on a card which reads "Congratulations on being part of the Office and Technical Realignment Project! Teamwork+Competencies=Rewards for you, your division, and the company. Best wishes for continued professional growth at Walt Disney World."
