One of the four pins boxed together to celebrates Tango No Sekku (the Boy's Day Festival — May 5th)and was released at the Japan DSs. The pins are to celebrate the growth of a boy.

 

This pin shows Chip & Dale presenting a plate with what I believe is food wrapped in green leaves.

The pin measures 1-1/8" x 1-1/8". The back of the pin is stamped: DS, ©Disney, made in China.
