This it the gift guest performers have been receiving for participating in the 45th Anniversary parade for the past month or so. To get one, you must be chosen, at random, to be a guest performer in the nightly parades in the park.
This is a smaller version of the Blue Fairy Parade Pin (Pin #2002) that was released this year to commemorate DL's 45th anniversary, but that one is not surrounded by a gold border. If you see one, you won't mistake it for the larger pin, trust me.
The Blue fairy from Pinocchio has a blue fairy dust trail that swirls around up in back of her.
The pin measures 1 1/2" (39 mm) wide by 1 1/4" (32 mm) tall.
