This pin is confused! It is from the 100 Years of Dreams series of USA state and Canada Province pins. But, upon closer inspection, it is another one of the Utah error pins!

 

The correct Utah pin from this series is PinPics # 8665. The correct Manitoba pin appears under PinPics # 8673.

 

This pin bears the Utah state flag and crest, but says "Manitoba" on the gold banner.

 

Other Utah error pins include Pinpics # 20307, 20730, 25067 and 25068.
