This pewter pin is from Danforth Peweters.
The following information is from Pin #13486 which appears to be a mate to this pin.
The reverse of the banner appears to be hand engraved (via electric stylus perhaps?) with (c) and DISNEY, also "DANFORTH PEWTER". Danforth Pewter has confirmed this pin retailed for $19.00 and was discontinued late 1998 by early 1999.
This does not have a tack style pinback, this has a standard costume clasp back brooch back.
This pin comes on a retail card which depicts other Classic Pooh characters.
