Front Description
This two inch circular button was created by Imagineers (most likely to celebrate Halloween in 1989). It was acquired from an Imagineering button lot purchased at a Disneyana convention.
Its primary color is black. The top of the button has the following in frightening white font:

It then has a white skeleton (perhaps one from The Silly Symphony “The Skelton Dance”) sitting in a directors chair, wearing a beret and holding a bullhorn with the date 1989.
