This is a pin/brooch of the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland. It is gold with purple stripes and his usual mischevious grin. I do not know the origin of this pin, but it does have the Disney stamp on the back. Released through the Disney Catalog Summer of 1994. Description from catalog: "Our disappearing Cheshire Cat - pinned down at last! Up to tricks when you wear him topsy-turvy. Enamel on gold electroplate. 2 1/2"W x 3"H. Catalog Exclusive #11863"
