This pin is the AP (Artist Proof) of pin #5455 .
It is stamped AP on the reverse.
Released June 15th 2001 at MGM Studio's for the release of Atlantis The Lost Empire. The Dangle has the date 6.15.01 opening day of the movie. The "A" in the center spins giving the feel of a compass.
The one in this picture is actually a paint error.
Quite a few of these were purchased by children who subsequently broke the spinning portion of the pin and then returned it for a refund.
The "L" in Atlantis is not colored white like rest of the letters on the pin.
