Front Description
This pin has a white background and is shaped like a stop sign. The classic Disney signature is at the top in gold. It shows "VoluntEARS" in red letters. There is a black Mickey ears hat above that. The hat itself is detailed with a classic Mickey in the center of a gold circle. The bottom reads "1998-1999" in gold. I believe that this had to be earned by a Disney VoluntEars.
