According to a cast member, this is a representation of Walt's airplane found today on the MGM backlot tour that Walt used during the time he secretly purchased the land in the 60's that now is the site of the Orlando WDW complex. Walt's plane is a twin engine prop not a 4 engine jet as depicted in the pin. Pin colors are accurate.
The pin measures 7/8" tall by 1 3/8" wide.
