This pin is awarded seasonally to WDW Cast Members for Excellence in Pin Trading.
The Winter 2003/2004 pin looks just like the previous WDW Cast Pin Trading Award versions (21211, 26528, 29031).
This pin comes on a blue/green card with stars rising upward. The top of the card reads "CAST PIN TRADING AWARD". The bottom of the card reads "WINTER 2003/2004" and (c) Disney in the bottom right corner. The back of the card reads "AWARDED FOR EXCELLENCE IN PIN TRADING AT WALT DISNEY WORLD"
The pin features Mickey Mouse wearing a crown, holding some pins and sitting in a gold trophy that reads "CHAMPION" but you can only view the first few letters because Mickey's feet are covering the rest. The outside circle of the pin and the banner are blue/green (teal). The inner circle is lavender (purple). The top of the pin reads "CHAMPION PIN TRADER", the bottom of the pin reads "WALT DISNEY WORLD".
