Halloween pins are a one-time production/release and most stores were sold out by early afternoon. Cast members at JDS have told me in the past that JDS pins are usually made in volumes of 2500 - 5000 pieces, depending on the character.
This is a pin of Goofy dressed as Jafar from Aladdin for Halloween. He is trick-or-treating and has a pumpkin in hand as well as Jafar's snake (cobra) staff.
