Front Description
This pin combines #14245 and #4310 but is an enamel pin. 1500 were ordered although it does not say this on the back. The pin was given to cast members by the Ride & Show Director at the quarterly Town Hall. The only way to obtain this pin is through management. This pin features Mickey in a ride vehicle and Jiminy Cricket with architecture tools. This pin is very special because Disney no longer allows a department to incorporate a Disney Character into their logo. These two departments are grandfathered in.
The text on the pin says "Ride & Show Engineering" under Mickey, and above Jiminy it says "Architecture & Facilities Engineering". At the bottom on the pin it reads "Walt Disney World Design and Engineering".
Back is stamped "©Disney — China"
