Front Description
The pin says "Downtown Disney" in red against a blue bar on the top, and below in a white diamond with a green border, the words "Above and Beyond" appear in black, with Mickey's hand underneath them.
Pin has two variations. The older and smaller version is about 1" square and the backstamp reads only, (c) Disney. The newer (larger) version measures about 1.5" square has 2005 pin trading backstamp, and also reads "recognized by "Djuan Rivers" (who was Vice President of Downtown Disney, recently named as Vice President of the new DVC resort going into Hawaii) which is both printed and bears his inscribed signature, and finally China. The pin itself is a Cast Member award pin like the former Disney/MGM Studios Guest Fanatic series, awarded to those that go above and beyond and have been recognized by guests in the form of a letter or comment to Guest Services.
