Each year at the Disneyana convention, Disney offers courses for which you can accumulate credit toward various degrees. The degrees are Full Mouse Degree, Mouseters of Arts Degree, Mouseters of Science Degree and a Ducktorate Degree.
Four courses at each level were needed to get the certification/degree for that level. Take a class at any of these levels to receive a pin specific to that level.
Donald was given for the third top level DUCKTORATE courses. Few ConventionEARS received this pin as the last courses were offered in 2001.
