This is a Cast Exclusive pin of Minnie Mouse in a pink polka dot dress holding up a sign that says "Check Up for Life". This was distributed as part of a gift bag for a Breast Cancer Awareness television show taping at the WDW Feature Animation Building. Participants were limited to 250 seat auditorium, but the back of the pin does not indicate an edition size.
