Identical to Pin 30078 - except Minnie has a white nose. The area is filled and the pin surface is smooth it is just the wrong color. Seemingly one packet contained this error.
This pin celebrates National Day in Norway on May 17, 2004. Top reads "National Day" in yellow. On the bottom is the date and "Walt Disney World". Pin features Minnie Mouse in a blue dress with red trim on the bottom and long white sleeves. The bow on her head is red and blue. Behind her is the Norwegian flag and a map of Norway.
The edition size reflects Pin 30078 and not the number of error pins.
