Olympic pin depicting Sam the Eagle playing baseball. Sam was the mascot for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Summer Games. Part of a set of Sam competing in several Olympic sports. He is wearing a red baseball uniform at home plate holding up a bat with a ball coming at him. Blue baseball hat. Only 4 of the 5 Olympic rings can be seen on his hat.
Says on back: "L.A. 84 (C) 1980 LA Oly Com".
Small pin, measures 1 & 3/8 inches by 1 inch in size. Brooch back.
