This round button, 3 inches in diameter, has the 1996 logo for Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival. It is the 3rd Annual Festival. The logo is similar to that found on Pin 19644 (Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival) and Pin 27787 (Button -EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival 1998).
