This is a Black Lucky Cat Pooh pin from Tokyo. The only way to get this pin was to spend so much money at the TDS and enter a raffle. There are five different colors: Blue, Black, Red, Yellow and White. Available from 19 May 2000 to 1 Jun 2000. This is a printed pin with an epoxy dome coating.
