This is part of the Cast Lanyard Series #3. The pin depicts Mickey Mouse in a safari outfit exploring the jungle. Note the tiny Hidden Mickey image located under Mickey's collar near his back.

 

Has "2005" on the back.

 

Nearly identical to pin 37373 which has the Hidden Mickey icon on the leaves under Mickey's foot.
